A Reputed Company is looking for Project & Business Development Engineer - OfficerJob Description / ResponsibilityPrepare detailed project documents, technical presentations, and official correspondence. Develop and manage work schedules using Microsoft Project or similar tools. Coordinate with project teams, consultants, and clients to ensure smooth execution. Maintain daily records of progress, issues, and key activities at project sites. Monitor construction/installation quality as per contract specifications and standards. Prepare QA/QC reports, daily/weekly/monthly progress reports, and assist with site inspections. Prepare and review tender documents, technical proposals, and bid submissions.
Estimate quantities and pricing; prepare Bills of Quantities (BoQ) and cost breakdowns. Support the bid process by collecting required documents and liaising with vendors/subcontractors. Identify and track new project opportunities, RFQs, RFPs, and tender notices. Prepare business proposals, company profiles, and promotional materials. Maintain databases of past and ongoing tenders, proposals, and contracts. Educational RequirementsBachelor of Science (BSc) in Civil EngineeringB. Sc. in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field. Skills Required:
AutoCAD, Microsoft project, Good at Microsoft Word and Microsoft Excel, BoQ and DesigningExperience Requirements2 to 7 year(s)The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Engineering Firms,Architecture FirmAdditional RequirementsMinimum 2 years of experience in project coordination, documentation, or business development roles. Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Microsoft Project, and familiarity with AutoCAD, BoQ software, or similar tools. Strong communication and technical writing skills in English.
