Akij Resources is looking for Territory Sales ManagerJob Description / ResponsibilityDevelop action plans to hit short- and long-term sales targets. Monitor daily target memos, secondary sales, and guide Sales Representatives accordingly. Regularly visit outlets and distributor warehouses to manage product-related concerns, such as damage or stock-outs. Ensure merchandising standards are upheld for maximum product visibility. Observe competitor activities and gather market insights. Present proactive action plans to superiors. Identify untapped opportunities and expand presence across outlets. Design and optimize sales routes for sales representatives. Track KPIs, such as route performance, stock statements, DSRs, and daily reports.
Analyze sales reports to evaluate performance and make adjustments as needed. Regularly track and report on sales performance to senior management. Provide excellent customer service by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring timely delivery.
