Gulshan Club Limited is looking for Executive / Senior Executive - AdministrationJob Description / ResponsibilityJob Context: Gulshan Club Limited is seeking a smart, proactive, and well-organized individual to join our Office & Administration Department as an Executive / Senior Executive - Administration. The ideal candidate will assist in managing day-to-day administrative activities, handle official correspondence, maintain records, and perform internal and external communications. This role requires excellent writing skills, strong computer proficiency, and the ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism at all times. Job Responsibilities: Draft letters, circulars, notices, and emails in both Bangla and English.
Prepare and maintain records of official documents, files, and correspondence (digital and physical). Coordinate meetings, take notes and prepare meeting minutes. Attend club events to provide administrative support. Handle correspondence, member inquiries, and communications with professionalism. Liaise with different departments to ensure smooth operational flow. Assist in preparing proposals, reports, and comparative statements for the management. Follow up on assigned tasks to ensure timely completion. Perform any other administrative duties assigned by the management. Educational RequirementsBachelor degree in any disciplineAdditional RequirementsExperience in HR and Admin is desired.
Fresher’s with excellent writing skills in Bangla and English are strongly encouraged to apply. Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). Tech-savvy individuals shall have advantage.
