Job Description

Olympic Industries Limited is looking for Assistant Officer/Officer- Production (Chocolate)Job Description / ResponsibilityJob role: To execute line wise production plan in shifts to meet the production goal by ensuring quality, quantity, value and team building. Key responsibilities: Supervise and monitor on the chocolate production line (e. g. , mixing, molding, tempering, cooling, packaging). Ensure smooth workflow and minimal downtime. Monitor daily production targets and efficiency. Control product defective and wastage. Conduct in-process checks for quality parameters such as texture, taste, weight, and appearance. Ensure products meet company and regulatory standards (e. g. , FSSC 22000, HALAL, HACCP).

Enforce food safety and hygiene practices on the line (e. g. , GMP, 5S). Conduct routine cleaning and sanitation of equipment and work areas. Ensure PPE usage and compliance with plant safety protocols. Coordinate and supervise line workers and machine operators. Provide training on SOPs and safety guidelines. Schedule shift duties and manage manpower as required. Ensure the timely availability of raw materials and packaging materials. Maintain production logs, checklists, and batch records. Report production output, downtime, and issues to senior management. Suggest improvements for productivity or process efficiency.

Should have knowledge of Ingredients, MIxing and Blending, Frying Techniques, Seasoning Application, GMP, HACCP, ISO 22000, 5S, TQM, Lean Manufacturing, Inventory Control, Labeling and Audits and Inspections.

Skill in Production process of Chocolate production is preferable. Ability to work collaboratively with a team environment. Good interpersonal and communication skills.
