Onu Food & Beverage Ltd. is looking for Factory InchargeJob Description / ResponsibilityOversee complete factory operations including Production, Administration, HR, Store, Maintenance, Quality Control, Logistics, and Distribution management to meet the company sales target month by month. Lead production planning to meet monthly sales targets while ensuring optimum utilization of resources and cost efficiency. Ensure timely procurement of raw materials, packaging, spare parts, and other resources through central procurement channels. Minimize wastage, reduce costs, and maximize productivity through continuous process improvement and lean initiatives. Implement and monitor factory policies aligned with compliance, efficiency, and safety standards.
Plan and execute labor management by supporting factory operations efficiently. Oversee warehouse operations and ensure stock accuracy through ERP and automated systems. Drive the use of Tally software (production and warehouse modules) for effective factory management. Ensure adherence to health, safety, and environmental regulations (OHS) across the facility. Generate and submit daily, weekly, monthly, and quarterly operational reports to top management. Lead cost estimation for medium to large-scale projects within time and budget.
