Aman Knittings Limited is looking for Store Manager (Woven Production)Job Description / ResponsibilityOversee the entire store operations related to woven garment production. Ensure accurate inventory management of raw materials, accessories, trims, fabrics, etc. Implement and maintain FIFO/LIFO systems and proper storage methods. Maintain stock records, including inwards/outwards, damage/return, and reconciliation. Ensure on-time issuance of materials to production and maintain stock levels accordingly. Liaise with procurement, production, and merchandising teams to ensure proper flow of materials. Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly store reports. Ensure compliance with internal audit requirements and company policies.
Supervise, train, and guide the store team to ensure efficient operations. Educational RequirementsBachelor/HonorsBachelor’s Degree (preferably in Supply Chain, Business Administration, or related field). Experience Requirements5 to 7 year(s)The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Garments,Group of Companies,Sweater IndustryAdditional RequirementsMinimum 5 years of experience in a store management role within the woven garment industry. Sound knowledge of inventory software (ERP) systems. Strong leadership, analytical, and communication skills. Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines. Job LocationDhaka (Savar)
