You’ll be on the front line of our growth efforts, engaging with real estate agents daily, building relationships, and helping them see the bigger picture of what’s possible for their careers.Working closely alongside the Business Director, you’ll have access to direct mentorship and high-level insights into how we attract and onboard top talent. Your day-to-day will involve proactively nurturing our existing database to generate new meetings, following up with warm leads, and building rapport with agents across the market.Work alongside the Business DirectorNurture the existing database to generate new agent meetingsUncapped commission $$CandidateThe ideal candidate for this role will have experience and a passion for real estate, be comfortable over the phone and wanting to personally grow in their career!2-3 years of sales or real estate experiencePassionate about helping people and businesses succeed and growKeen to be a part of a growing business
