Role OverviewThis leadership role is focused on managing and developing a team of BD & Partner Managers, turning strategy into tangible results. You will be responsible for people management, process efficiency, mentoring, and ensuring the team delivers on business objectives while maintaining high-quality partner relationships.
Key ResponsibilitiesLead and manage a team of 6–8 BD & Partner ManagersPlan, prioritize, and oversee team performanceParticipate in strategic meetings with top management and translate objectives into team tasksProvide mentoring and support to managers during negotiations and partner activationsDrive and maintain relationships with key top-tier partnersEnsure timely, high-quality delivery of tasks and projectsCoordinate with cross-functional teams: product, compliance, risk, financeRequirements5+ years in partnership sales or BD, preferably in fintech or iGaming2+ years of experience managing a team (minimum 3 people)Experience with high-risk industriesUnderstanding of CIS, Latin America, and Asian market specificsKnowledge of the full partnership lifecycle:
