Your OpportunityWe are looking for a Human Resources Generalist to provide advisory and operational support for our BSO service lines in Canada, reporting into the HR Manager. The successful candidate will be responsible for the following:

Serving as the key HR point of contact, advising employees and front-line leaders on all aspects of talent management and employee experienceWork with HR Centers of Expertise and business leaders to deliver the BDO talent experience – to Attract, Engage and Grow our peopleEnabling leaders to effectively engage and develop their teamsAdvising employees and leaders on all talent-related matters, including employee relations, engagement, performance, compensation, organizational structure, workforce planning, inclusion and diversity, development, recruitment, and policy application.

Working with the HR team to deliver all elements of the National Talent Strategy across the Assurance and BSO service linesProviding reporting and analytics support to the HR Manager to help shape the National Talent StrategyCollaborating with the Talent Acquisition team and assisting with recruitment activities as neededParticipating in national HR projectsHow do we define success for your role?You demonstrate BDO's core values through all aspect of your work:
