This is a unique opportunity to work closely with private equity firms, corporate clients and business owners to help them achieve their strategic growth and exit objectives. As a Senior Analyst you will play a key role across a broad range of engagements including: Mergers & Acquisitions (M&A) advisoryFinancial due diligence (buy-side and sell-side)ValuationsCapital raisingFinancial modellingYou will be exposed to end-to-end transaction processes and work alongside experienced professionals in a collaborative and high-performing environment.
