Job Description

The Executive Assistant role is part of the team of the HR Employee Services. HR Employee Services is the operational arm of HR focused on delivering efficient, consistent and employee focused support to HR policies and procedures. The HR Employee Services Executive Assistant supports the HR Employee Services by providing high level administrative and operational support, ensuring smooth delivery of employee services and HR programs. He/ she manages the day-to-day administrative tasks, handles queries, maintains confidential records, and assists in team needs. Responsibilities:

Executive & Administrative Support> Provide high-level administrative support to the HR Employee Services Head or HR EmployeeServices Leadership (calendar, meetings, travel, correspondence). Prepare reports, presentations, meeting materials, and communications for internal or externalUse.

> Coordinate schedules, deadlines, and follow-ups for HR Employee Services teamEmployee Services & Support> Support the onboarding and offboarding process (preparation of contracts, documents,orientation materials) for HR Employee Services team> Assist with the administration of employee benefits, leave applications, and other employee-related services for the HR Employee Services teamHR Operations & Process Management> Coordinate HR operational processes, such as documentation, compliance checks, andemployee transactions for the HR Employee Services team> Assist in process improvements to enhance HR service delivery and employee experience forthe HR Employee Services teamData Management & Reporting> Compile HR metrics, dashboards, and analytics for reporting to management for the HREmployee Services team> Prepare regular and ad-hoc HR reports on headcount, turnover, attendance, etc.

Performs other related functions that may be assigned from time to time. Qualifications:

Bachelor's Degree in Business or Industrial Engineering or Human resource related course1 to 5 years of HR administration or employee services experienceStrong organizational, interpersonal, communication skillsConfidentiality and attention to detailProficiency in MS Office, HRIS experience is an advantage (eg Workday, SuccessFactors, DarwinBox, etc)The candidate should be willing to be assigned onsite in our office in Ortigas.
