Key Job DutiesManage a portfolio of political clients by maintaining NGP systems, reconciling bank accounts, and preparing weekly financial reports. Lead client compliance efforts with the FEC and state reporting agencies, including the preparation, reconciliation, and quality control of required filings. Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring timely communication of all regular and expedited filing deadlines. Conduct bookkeeping and financial management tasks to ensure compliance with campaign finance regulations and tax laws. Support client operations such as payroll and merchant account setup and oversight.
Uphold high standards of client service while ensuring accuracy and regulatory compliance across all assigned accounts. Key QualificationsBachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience. Minimum of 4 years of experience in campaign finance or a closely related field. Strong proficiency with compliance software and tools including NGP, Excel, and QuickBooks. Ability to manage multiple client relationships and communicate clearly with external stakeholders.
