Beauty Consultant Position -Aarhus - Permanent Position 10h

PositionParfums Christian Dior Nordics is looking for a part time (10h/week) BEAUTY CONSULTANT based in Arhus for a permanent Position.Reporting to Counter Manager, our Beauty Consultant is the Dior Ambassador.As a member of the Dior team, you will represent the Brand values and passion to our customers and always demonstrates a Dior attitude. The main objective will be to achieve sales targets while promoting the brand image and providing the highest standard of service to customers.The Beauty Consultant is a brand ambassador, focused on driving sales through exceptional service both in-store and remotely. This role requires mastery in product knowledge, client relationship management, and operational efficiency to provide a luxury experience that aligns with Dior's standards.Job responsibilitiesSales Performance & Customer ServiceConduct in store and/or remote selling activities, acting as a personal shopper.Sell Dior products by meeting our clients’ needs and providing a memorable experience through high standard of service to clients throughout the whole sales process, following the brand D.I.O.R. method.Communicate passionately and educate clients on the brand and products.Achieve retail sales targets (in store and remote) and contribute to counter KPIs on a monthly basis.Master Brand, Category and Competition Knowledge.Client Experience & ManagementDevelop durable relationships with existing clients in store and remotely.Engage new clients to the brand, through genuine human interaction.Register clients’ data in the dedicated system and ensure reachability.Leverage Dior content and tools to drive traffic, clientelling, develop client loyalty and take actions.Counter OperationsUsage on Ipos, Inforware and other Dior’s Retail tools.Operate cash registers and close daily revenues (only if applicable).Supply chain operation, stock management (inventories, replenishments, cycle counts).Monitor shelves inventory and display new products when needed (only if applicable).Demand management (OOS list/ weekly call brief to CM/RM).Know and apply merchandising guidelines.Regularly monitor stock levels to ensure appropriate levels.
