LOCAL MARKET - INDONESIAJob Title : Field Coach Reporting to : Training & Education ManagerBased in : JakartaMISSION AND RESPONSIBILITIES:As a Field Coach Trainer, your core mission is to elevate the retail team's capabilities in delivering an exceptional client experience, directly contributing to store business growth. You will achieve this through the localized implementation of corporate strategy, focusing on training and coaching Beauty Consultants. Your goal is to empower them to embody the Brand's culture, values, and product expertise, transforming them into true Brand ambassadors.Furthermore, you will represent Guerlain at workshops, masterclasses, and events, sharing your extensive knowledge and the unique DNA of our creations. You will collaborate closely with Store Manager(s) to enhance comprehensive training programs, enabling retail teams to refine their client engagement skills and elevate the overall client experience.A significant portion of your time, approximately 80%, will be dedicated to in-store activities, including one-on-one coaching, small group training sessions, and active participation in various events.COACHING & TRAINING: ELEVATE THE TEAM PERFORMANCEYour role is pivotal in fostering a vibrant culture of in-store coaching, with a primary focus on the tailored development of our Beauty Advisors.• You will actively observe client interactions on the sales floor. Through a blend of attentive listening and insightful questioning, you will guide individual team members to discover and implement their own solutions for continuous improvement and professional growth.• You will collaborate closely with our Boutique Managers (BM), assisting them in developing personalized coaching plans. This will involve conducting thorough gap analyses of their teams and providing expert guidance on enhancing selling skills.• Provide consistent, constructive feedback to Boutique Managers, regarding the performance and progress of their individual team members.• In synergy with the Retail and Training teams, you will actively facilitate dynamic product training sessions, including exciting new launches, for all store personnel. You'll leverage engaging role-playing scenarios and invaluable on-the-floor coaching to underscore how these offerings benefit our clients.• Elevate the team's makeup artistry skills and confidence by regularly assessing the quality of their makeup services. This will be achieved through practical on-counter coaching and practice sessions, complemented by sharing innovative tips and tutorials monthly.• Conduct specialized out-of-store makeup/skincare/fragrance training sessions, focusing on new product launches and the latest industry trends, to continuously educate and enhance the team's expertise and knowledge.• Administer quarterly assessments to meticulously review the makeup skills performance of each team member.• Conduct comprehensive quarterly assessments to evaluate the overall performance of each team member across all product axes.EVENT & ACTIVITIES: DRIVE AWARENESS & BRAND LOVE• Represent Guerlain during private client event and provide best in class service to drive client engagement.• Support & lead out of store and in store event to drive sales and share brand DNA to client.• Animate the team of make-up expert to drive & accelerate quantity of services performed to customer.• Create and engage a community of make up expert / fashion lovers to develop brand love & awareness.GENERAL DUTIES NOT RELATED TO TRAINING• Act as a platform for sharing of experience / best practices among the stores on coaching initiatives/programs.• Lead by example in terms of the company’s policies and procedures.• Exemplary personal service and Guerlain grooming standards.PROFILE• Fresh graduate or Diploma in any major.• A beauty school graduate/ strong knowledge in Beauty (Skincare, Make Up & Fragrance)/ background in Fragrance & cosmetics is a plus.• Minimum 1 years of experiences in Beauty Industry is a plus.• Strong communication skills (verbal, non-verbal, written).• Good communication skills in English (both written and oral) are a plus.• A self-motivator who is passionate, energetic with the ability to motivate and energize others.• An excellent team player with great interpersonal skills.• Resourceful, flexible, well organized, highly disciplined with the ability to multitask and stability to handle stressful and demanding situation.• Willing to be Work on Retail Hours including Weekends.• Retail savvy with sharp business sense.• People-centric, passionate, driven, and creative.• You are an active listener who is curious and empathetic.• You are autonomous and highly driven, able to work independently in a fast-moving field.• You are skilled in influencing and motivating others.• You have a commercial mindset and demonstrate training and coaching aptitude in previous roles.• You have a first fundamental experience in the luxury field.Interested Applicants, please email to Training & Education Manager: Reni@guerlain.fr1.
