To nurture this dynamic and inclusive environment, we do not offer a regular hybrid working arrangement.About The RoleAs a Beauty Trainer, you will deliver inspiring and informative training sessions on Dyson’s hair care products, with a strong focus on practical, hands-on learning. The content and skills covered will be carefully tailored to the needs of different target groups—such as Dyson retail teams, stylists, and other internal or external staff. This ensures that each group develops the appropriate level of product knowledge, styling expertise, and the ability to deliver personalized beauty consultations to customers.You will actively contribute to growing expertise and advocacy in the Benelux market. In this role, you will report on the impact of your trainings and share your insights with the Benelux Training Manager.Main Accountabilities and Supporting Activities Deliver Engaging Training and Develop Styling SkillsFacilitate interactive training sessions and styling workshops for retail staff, stylists, and other relevant target audience, focusing on product knowledge, styling techniques, and beauty diagnosis.Design and deliver styling & product training for all new Dyson beauty portfolio. Become an expert in the Beauty market –the point of contact for all hair and beauty related questions and challengesSupport launch training for new products and styling tools.Cultivate expertise in the beauty and styling market, delivering focused sessions to update teams on new techniques and industry insights. Promote Beauty Consultation & Styling DiagnosisOrganize the "Stylist Academy Light program" to upgrade the basic skills and knowledge of styling among regular experts and stylists.Work with the training manager to develop a program to refresh and grow the top- stylist program.Teach trainees to perform effective beauty and styling diagnoses, enabling personalized customer recommendations and outstanding experiences and providing feedback on trainee performance to ensure a high standard of consultation and styling skills.Develop and conduct class leading stylist induction programs for the Expert team/stylists.Continuously enhance training content to reflect the latest in beauty and hair care trends. Styling support Retail and MarketingDevelop and deliver targeted induction and ongoing training for top stylists in the Beauty Labs.Assist in developing tailored inductions and ongoing training for new and existing stylists, focusing on both technical and soft skills.Visit stores and locations to conduct on-site training, providing practical coaching on best-in-class styling and beauty service.Deliver training for beauty ambassadors and PR influencers outside of the Beauty Labs.Supporting the brand and marketing team to deliver best in class shoots / events and assets to support new launches and day to running of the category. Communication & Relationship BuildingIdentify and report training needs per target group and develop tailored training for each group on a daily, weekly basis.Maintain strong, proactive communication with training participants, beauty managers, store managers, and stylists/experts teams.Support in the creation and distribution of training updates, newsletters, and digital resources.Participate in team meetings, offering updates and sharing best practices across the network.Develop and manage the beauty e-learning modules to drive training and communication.
