Alongside our Lockwood Brewery in Tottenham Hale and our micro-brewery at the Tottenham Hotspur Stadium we have the capacity to brew a staggering 90 million pints a year. So, if you’re after some tasty beer with a difference you’ve come to the right place. The RoleYou will work closely with the Supply Planner to ensure the smooth operation of Beavertown’s inbound and internal supply chain. The scope of the role includes raising of Purchase Orders (POs), managing raw/pack material stocks and flow, collaborating with suppliers, scheduling production, agreeing production schedules with internal stakeholders, and keeping plans up to date in our planning systems for our main production sites. You will also support the Supply Planner on general transactional and administrative activities.

This role with liaise with departments from across the business, primarily with warehouse and production teams, to ensure Beavertown has the right materials and products in the right place at the right time, while maintaining cost, service, quality, and traceability throughout the process.

What You’ll Be DoingAssisting the Supply Planner in organising and fulfilling a material ordering plan to complete the Master Production ScheduleConverting medium-term plans (13-week horizon) into scheduled call-offs of materials and production orders, ensuring lead times, stock levels, warehouse, resource, and capacity constraints are taken into considerationAssisting the Supply Planner in maintaining up-to-date production schedules in SAP. This will also involve working with production teams to address any needs for production schedule changes.

Ensuring continuity of supply for raw/pack materials through bulk orders/Authorisations to Make (ATMs) and supplier collaboration and engagementIssuing and resolving transactions in the Purchase-to-Pay process:

Raising Purchase Orders (POs) with suppliersManaging/troubleshooting open orders, collaborating with suppliers and our logistics teamsFlagging and actioning order discrepancies (quantity, quality, or otherwise) at time of receiptWashing up any outstanding transactions/queries with the Accounts Payable teamCollaborate with Production and Logistics teams to ensure we have the most optimal plan to maximise service, quality, and efficiencyCreating and aligning production orders in our planning and ERP systems with our medium and long-term plansLiaise with finance teams to ensure service POs And other ad-hoc invoices from suppliers we receive are validated and signed off to be paid within suppliers’ payment termsReporting key metrics of stock holding and availability to key stakeholders in weekly drumbeats and through ad-hoc queriesCollecting and cleaning data collected throughout the brewing and packaging process to plan more effectively.

Preparing reports on purchasing, material usage, and supplier performance.
