About The RoleWe are seeking a highly analytical and detail-oriented Business Analyst to join our team.The ideal candidate will have strong experience working in software or technology-driven environments and will be responsible for converting business goals into actionable technical requirements, performing deep-dive data investigations, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to support strategic initiatives.Key Responsibilities Work closely with business stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document requirements. Translate high-level business objectives into structured, clear, and actionable technical specifications. Conduct deep-dive data analysis using SQL and other analytical tools to identify patterns, trends, anomalies, and opportunities. Collaborate with engineering, product, and data teams to ensure accurate requirement implementation. Utilize AI tools, APIs, and cloud-based architecture knowledge (AWS preferred) to support business analysis and solution design. Prepare reports, dashboards, and presentations to communicate insights and recommendations. Support continuous process improvements and promote best practices within the team. Facilitate meetings, workshops, and testing cycles to ensure alignment across technical and non-technical stakeholders.Required Qualifications & Skills 3 to 5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst, preferably in a software or technology-driven environment. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to derive insights from complex datasets. Hands-on experience with SQL and data analysis tools. Proven ability to translate business goals into detailed technical requirements. Familiarity with AI tools, APIs, and cloud architectures (AWS preferred).
