Job Description

Location: Monroeville, Pennsylvania Job Title: Instructional Designer Status: Full-time Professional Annual Salary Range: $57,500 - $108,680 *Salary commensurate with education and experience. Job Summary As an Instructional Designer at BPMI, you will be responsible for the analysis, design, development, implementation, evaluation, and maintenance of training materials for both department and company-wide training programs to support business needs. The instructional designer will partner with cross-functional subject matter experts to determine key learning objectives and then design and develop engaging content using appropriate delivery methods including eLearning, videos, job aids, workbooks, and instructor-led training, whether in-person or virtual. Essential Duties:

Work with subject matter experts to ensure learning objectives are well defined and the learning content and modality supports the desired outcomes. Design and develop creative learning solutions that meet the needs of the business. Maintain training content including archiving materials according to company and department policy and retention guidelines. Monitor and assess training curricula and courses by auditing and reviewing survey feedback to evaluate learning success, and refresh content on a predetermined schedule. Manage where learning materials are housed for learner consumption. Serve as a backup for the Learning Management System (LMS) Administrator.

Manage eLearning content development vendors, as applicable. Co-facilitate new hire onboarding and intern programs, as needed.
