We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Department Assistant to join the CommunityAssociation team.

The ideal candidate will excel in a professional and team-orientedenvironment. The role requires excellent communication skills, meticulous attention to detail,and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment. Duties/Responsibilities Prepare conflict information for submission to Conflicts Department. Draft retainer agreements for final review. Manage file organization, including opening and closing files, in accordance withdepartmental policies and procedures. Enter and update client contact information in Interaction database Provide general clerical and secretarial support as needed, including assemblingpackages and correspondence. Assist with month-end billing processes.

Serve as the liaison between the regional office and the marketing department,coordinating and representing the firm at events such as seminars, trade shows,workshops, and webinars. Performs other duties as assigned. Required Skills/Abilities Strong verbal and written communication skills. Exceptional interpersonal and customer service abilities. Highly organized with strong attention to detail. Excellent time management skills, with a proven ability to meet deadlines. Ability to efficiently organize files and manage workflow. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite or similar software. Familiarity with iManage, FileSite, and Aderant preferred. Education And Experience High School Diploma required; Associate degree preferred.
