Role Description This is a part-time remote role for a Behavioral Change Coach. The Behavioral Change Coach will be responsible for providing coaching and guidance to individuals aiming to make positive behavioral changes. You will assess clients' needs, develop personalized strategies, monitor progress, and provide continuous support and motivation. The role requires effective communication, empathy, and the ability to inspire and facilitate sustainable behavioral changes in clients. Qualifications Experience in coaching, counseling, or behavioral change facilitationStrong interpersonal and communication skillsEmpathy and the ability to motivate individualsKnowledge of behavioral change theories and techniquesAbility to develop personalized strategies and monitor client progressFamiliarity with digital tools for remote coaching sessionsRelevant certifications in coaching, counseling, or psychology are a plusBachelor's degree in Psychology, Counseling, Social Work, or related field
