Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role based in Riyadh for a Behavioral Therapist. The Behavioral Therapist will design and implement individualized therapy plans based on Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) principles to support individuals in overcoming behavioral and developmental challenges. Day-to-day tasks include working closely with children and families, conducting assessments and progress evaluations, documenting sessions, and collaborating with interdisciplinary teams. The therapist will guide families and caregivers with strategies to foster developmental and behavioral growth in various settings. Qualifications Proficiency in Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) and behavior analysis techniquesStrong interpersonal skills and ability to build rapport with clients, children, and familiesBackground in psychology or a related fieldExperience working with children with developmental and behavioral needsExcellent communication and critical-thinking abilitiesAbility to work collaboratively within an interdisciplinary teamRelevant certification in ABA or behavioral therapy preferredBachelor’s or Master’s degree in Psychology, Behavioral Sciences, or a related fieldFluency in Arabic and English is an advantage
