On behalf of Huawei i am currently seeking a dynamic and results-driven Enterprise Account Manager Group. The ideal candidate will be responsible for building strong relationships with enterprise clients, driving revenue growth through consultative selling, and ensuring client satisfaction by delivering world-class solutions across Huawei’s enterprise product portfolio. Key Responsibilities: Strategic Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with key enterprise clients to understand their business needs and challenges. Consultative Selling: Act as a trusted advisor by positioning Huawei’s enterprise products and solutions to help clients achieve their strategic objectives. Account Growth & Retention:
Drive revenue growth by identifying upsell and cross-sell opportunities within allocated regions and accounts. Pipeline Management: Develop and execute strategic account plans to build a sustainable sales pipeline and meet sales targets. Collaboration: Partner with internal teams (marketing, product, customer success, etc. ) to deliver integrated solutions and ensure customer success. Market Insights: Monitor industry trends, competitor activities, and market changes to provide strategic recommendations to partners and distributors. Sales Reporting & Analysis: Track sales performance, manage forecasts, and provide regular reports on pipeline and revenue progress. Training & Support:
Provide training and enablement to distributors and partners to ensure successful execution of best practices and new product launches. Negotiation: Lead negotiations on pricing, contracts, and terms to close deals that create value for customers and Huawei. Customer Advocacy: Act as the voice of the customer within Huawei, ensuring product and service enhancements align with customer needs. Qualifications & Skills: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or related field. Proven experience in enterprise account management, channel sales, or business development within the ICT/technology industry. Strong knowledge of enterprise solutions and cross-architectural technologies (Cloud, Networking, Storage, Security, etc. ).
Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills. Strong negotiation and consultative selling abilities. Ability to work cross-functionally with internal teams and external partners. Analytical mindset with strong reporting and forecasting skills.
