Key Responsibilities: Market-driven and customer demand insights: Understanding Local Operator RAN Network Construction Strategies, Technological Evolution Paths, Spectrum Strategies, Investment and Revenue Pressures, and Core Pain Points. Market Analysis and Opportunity Identification. Collaborate with the customers, analyze and refine the detailed requirements, business scenarios, and network construction standards of key operator clients. 2. Product Definition and Commercialization Strategy: Market-based product planning. Product Lifecycle Management. 3. Bid Support: Organize the interpretation of tender documents and identify requirements.
Organize the responsible parties of each plan to develop solutions tailored to customer needs, while actively participating in RAN product selection, spectrum evolution, and solution configuration pricing. 4. Technical Understanding: RAN Technology Fundamentals: In-depth understanding of 3GPP standards (particularly the LTE/5G NR RAN protocol stack), RAN architecture, key features (Massive MIMO, Beamforming, Carrier Aggregation, DSS, etc. ), and performance metrics (throughput, latency, coverage, capacity, reliability). Master RAN network insights, network planning, spectrum evolution, etc. , and be capable of independently generating corresponding insights and planning reports based on the local market's network conditions. Qualifications and Experience: Education:
Bachelor’s Degree or higher in Engineering, Telecommunications, Information Technology, or a related field. Experience: 5+ years of experience in RAN solutions, technical marketing, or advanced pre-sales, with at least 3 years focused on the RAN domain. Experience in serving or supporting operator clients.
