On behalf of World famous ICT CompanyHuawei, we are looking for a Senior HR Specialist. Responsibilities: Local C&B Management• Monthly Payroll of local staff salaries for all rep office;• Intern salary management,• monthly salary tax declaration follow-up• Quarterly declarations• Budgeting• Accruals, IIT and Salary reviews. Recruitment/Onboarding• Mainly back office recruitment tasks;• Obtain staff documents, HR interviews in the iJob system, draft payroll proposal, background checks. • Draft and submit employment contracts• Online system onboarding,• Staff induction after recruitment. • Key support in Campus Recruitment. Attendance Management• Manage Attendance Applications & Queries. HRBP Internal & External • Internal:
- Manage employee queries regarding attendance, payroll, onboarding and exits in some Rep office countries. - Liaise with management and various back-office departments to find solutions to staff queries. - HR Basic Rule Policy reviews, updates and conception. - Ensure local staff are compliant with company rules and regulations. - Updating HRSSC of any changes and reviewing regulations on immigration, recruitment, payroll, leaves, social security etc. . . • External: - Manage external government bodies with regards to Huawei maintenance of local corporate policies in Rep Office. - Build and manage business relationship with bodies such as Labor Office, Social Security Office, Health Insurance Office etc. . .
- Handle and support audits from Labor Office, Immigration Office, ANTIC (IT), Finance/Tax Audits etc. . . Qualifications and Business skills• Bachelor or above in Human Resources• Familiar with HR functions and people management skills to enable good communication with stakeholders• A track record of HR management functions from recruitment to C&B. • A strong knowledge of HRBP internal and external• Strong office system skills (Office, Excel, PowerPoint, etc).
• Able to understand in-depth knowledge on Country C&B• Human resources management• Ease to communicate and contribute to other members achievements• Has knowledge on HRIS and especially payroll management; C&B, Accruals and IIT• HR Certifications from an accredited body is a plus• HR Information Systems knowledge is required.
