What are the essential business activities expected from this position:

Supervises production focussing on following areas of responsibility: Production management and organization Responsibility for good adjustment of processes in production Creation of new aproaches in a production, technical documentation, setting of control mechanisms aimed to reach more effective production cycle Analyse of all parts of a production cycle to reach optimisation of production processes, perform risk assessments Implementation of regular meetings with planning of actions and particular activities follow-up Creation of regular reports with basic information about project evolution Sharing of the information and final transfer of the knowledge on operational staff Technical aspect:

Monitoring and reporting of most serious errors and weaknesses in a production process and proposals for improvements Defines the improvements (investment or maintenance) needed to be done by department and collaborate together with departmental managers on the justification and planned profitability. Prepares official support documentation needed for approval process of new investments or modifications. Participates in the drafting of technical specifications and installation research: his consent is required for any installation or modifications to installations. Is responsible for the proper use of production equipment especially in case of new installation. eWeight :

Is responsible for the quantity of the product in the marked consumer packaging (further only "real content") and must ensure its measurement in each individual marked consumer packaging or statistical control of the real content. The measurement or control must be demonstrably carried out connected gauges and control equipment suitable for this purpose. if the actual content is not measured, the control is performed in such a way that determined whether the actual content corresponds to the indicated nominal quantity.

The registered person is obliged to carry out operational control in the manner which ensures compliance with the permitted deviations of the actual content from the nominal quantity and keep documents containing the results of these controls for at least one year. Technological aspect Cooperates closely with production people on implementation of changes and respects defined rules and principles for trials and start-up of new steps of technology, runs according to agreed plan and responsibility in start-up and test process. Suggests all technological developments that may improve the quality or cost of manufacturing current products.
