Position: Sales Manager📈About the companyThe company develops innovative solutions for traders - a trading platform, including individual consultations and services, such as bots for notifications about market events. In connection with the expansion of the product line and active growth, we are looking for a professional to develop the sales department with the possibility of growth to ROP. 📍Main tasks- Selling the company's products, including individual consultations with clients. - Building and implementing a sales strategy, including through the creation of effective sales funnels and optimization of the customer journey.
- Analysis and optimization of the sales process, taking into account the specifics of the crypto sphere and financial markets. - Managing the client base and analyzing the effectiveness of transactions. - Fulfilling sales plans and achieving key business goals. 🔍Who we are looking for- Experience in sales, preferably in the crypto sphere or related fields (from 2 years)- Knowledge of the processes of building sales funnels and working with CRM systems. - Ability to effectively identify customer needs and offer solutions that meet their requests. - High degree of self-organization, focus on results and strategic thinking.
