About The RoleWe’re looking for a mid-level Sales Development Representative (SDR) based in Ukraine or Belarus to join our growing remote team.

As an SDR, you’ll be responsible for outbound prospecting, qualifying leads, and booking meetings for our sales team. The ideal candidate is self-managed, clear in communication, and eager to contribute to business growth.
ResponsibilitiesConduct outbound prospecting via email, phone, and social mediaQualify inbound and outbound leads and schedule meetingsMaintain and update CRM recordsCollaborate with the sales team to improve processes and conversion ratesWork independently and take initiative to meet targets Requeriments 3-5 years of experience in sales, preferably in outbound rolesBased in Ukraine or BelarusExcellent spoken and written English with a neutral accentStrong self-management and organizational skillsSolid communication and interpersonal skillsAvailable to work during PST or Mountain Time hours
