Belle Brands (PE-backed) is looking for an exceptional Ecommerce Manager to support the Digital & Ecommerce team across the portfolio of consumer brands (JVN Hair, Pipette). This role will be focused on developing and executing strategies to drive profitable growth, conversion, engagement, digital product ROI and improve the customer experience across the portfolio of consumer brands. The ideal candidate will be well-versed in Ecommerce, solutions-oriented and motivated by a growth-oriented environment. This role will report to the VP of Digital & Ecommerce.
What You’ll DoLead and execute the DTC growth strategy across portfolio brands in collaboration with the VP Digital & Ecommerce, driving profitable growth across brands, launches, and seasonal campaigns. Ensure alignment with brand and business priorities. Contribute to revenue forecasting, budgeting, and identifying risks and growth opportunitiesDevelop and manage the full site experience on Shopify Plus for US, international and B2B sites, including merchandising, content, product catalog, promotions, product launches, brand campaigns and operations processes.
Create a best-in-class experience, ensuring flawless execution and data-driven post-launch analysisManage conversion rate optimization through the development of an A/B testing and UX experiment roadmap to continuously optimize conversion rates, average order value, and retention. You’ll partner with our development agency and be responsible for optimizing the full customer journey — from navigation and product discovery to PDPs, landing pages, quizzes, cart, checkout, and post-purchase experienceLead TikTok Shop strategy and management, including campaigns and affiliates, to create community activations that drive revenue.
Own reporting, optimization, and analysis of all Ecommerce KPIs — including conversion, revenue, traffic, and AOV using GA4, Triple Whale and other tools to deliver insights and guide strategyCollaborate with cross-functional teams to align Ecommerce strategy, content, and campaigns with broader business goals and brand storytellingPartner with Customer Care to optimize the pre- and post-purchase customer experience, including site content, processes, and platform optimizations (Gorgias)Stay ahead of the curve - track Ecommerce trends, AI/automation tools, platform updates, and competitor strategies to enhance the DTC experience and operating efficiencyWhat We’re Looking For5+ years of DTC eCommerce experience, ideally within the beauty, personal care, or lifestyle spacePlatform expertise in Shopify/Shopify Plus (must-have), including merchandising, catalog management, promotions, and third-party integrations.
TikTok Shop expertise a plus. Proven track record of lifting conversion, AOV through data-driven testing and promotional execution. Proficiency with analytics tools including GA4, TripleWhaleStrong project-management skills, detail-oriented, and highly organized. Able to juggle multiple launches and promos across multiple sites and sales channelsClear, concise communicator who thrives in lean, cross-functional teams and a growth cultureA self-starter who’s proactive and resourcefulFamiliarity with AI and automation tools for Ecommerce, with an interest in leveraging new technology to improve performance and efficiency
