You will play a crucial role in creating a positive first impression for our guests and ensuring their overall satisfaction during their stay. About YouPrevious experience in a similar role within the hospitality industry is preferred. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work well under pressure and in a fast-paced environment. Excellent customer service skills and a positive attitude. Ability to lift and carry heavy luggage. Knowledge of local attractions, restaurants, and transportation options is an advantage. Flexibility to work varying shifts, including weekends and holidays.
