As a Bellman, you will play a crucial role in ensuring our guests receive warm, attentive service from the moment they arrive until their departure.Greet and welcome guests with a friendly, professional demeanor upon their arrivalAssist guests with luggage handling during check-in and check-out processesEscort guests to their rooms, providing information about hotel amenities and servicesOffer knowledgeable recommendations about local attractions, dining options, and transportation in DubaiMaintain a clean and organized lobby area, ensuring luggage carts are always available and in good conditionAssist with valet parking services when requiredCollaborate with front desk staff to ensure smooth check-in and check-out experiencesRespond promptly to guest requests and inquiries, demonstrating a commitment to exceptional customer serviceMaintain up-to-date knowledge of hotel policies, services, and current events to address guest questions accuratelyAssist with special requests or errands to enhance guest satisfactionEnsure proper tagging and secure storage of guest luggagePerform additional duties as assigned by management to support overall hotel operationsQualificationsPrevious experience as a bellman or in the hospitality industry preferredExcellent interpersonal and customer service skills with a friendly, approachable demeanorStrong physical fitness to handle luggage and stand for extended periodsFluency in English; proficiency in Arabic or additional languages is a plusProfessional appearance with meticulous attention to personal grooming and uniform standardsFlexible availability to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidaysTeam-oriented mindset with a proactive and helpful attitudeComprehensive knowledge of Dubai's attractions, dining scene, and local servicesValid UAE driver's license for potential valet parking dutiesAbility to multitask and remain calm under pressure in a fast-paced environmentStrong attention to detail and commitment to maintaining high standards of serviceBasic computer skills for managing guest requests and communication with other departments
