Purpose of the Role To supervise on-site electrical work, ensure project execution aligns with the scope and drawings, guide the field team, and maintain safety, quality, and productivity standards.
Key ResponsibilitiesSupervise daily electrical work and field crew (technician + helpers)Ensure all work follows drawings, scope, and safety rulesReport progress and issues to the Director of OperationsSupport in material take-offs and tool coordinationAssist in reviewing work orders and red-lining drawings if neededHelp train and guide junior field staffEnsure the job site is clean, safe, and on scheduleWork with the project administrator to confirm timesheets and work completionReinforce and assist with electrical work when neededBe available on-call to support urgent or off-hour tasksRequired Skills & ExperienceMBO Level 3 or higher in Electrical Installation or related15+ years of experience in the electrical fieldwork, 5+ years as a team lead or foremanAble to read and interpret electrical drawings and scopes of workStrong communication and leadership skillsFamiliar with local electrical codes and safety standardsValid driver’s licensePreferredRegistered Installer (Certified by DTI Aruba)Experience with solar systems or smart meteringBilingual (Dutch, Papiamento, English, Spanish)What We OfferSalary based on experienceOpportunities for certification and trainingFriendly, team-based work cultureWork on high-quality residential and commercial projects
