Location: Ouagadougou – Burkina FasoContract Type: Permanent or fixed-term, depending on projectAvailability: Immediate Mission The Belt Splicer is responsible for repairing, connecting, and maintaining conveyor belts using hot and cold vulcanizing techniques. Their work ensures the continuity and reliability of the conveyor system while strictly adhering to safety standards. Main Responsibilities●      Perform belt splicing with precision and in compliance with safety standards●      Diagnose wear, tears, and defects on conveyor belts●      Prepare and install vulcanizing kits and repair materials●      Ensure the strength, quality, and durability of belt joints●      Collaborate with the maintenance team to schedule interventions●      Strictly follow on-site safety instructions●      Complete intervention reports and maintenance logs Requirements●      Bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering, industrial maintenance, metalwork, or equivalent●      Minimum 5 years of experience as a Belt Splicer in mining, industrial, or quarry environments●      Proficient in hot and cold vulcanizing technique●      Solid understanding of HSE standards in mining environments●      Manual dexterity, attention to detail, and precision;●      Good physical condition and ability to work in a team●      Ghanaian nationality or permanent residency in Ghana is required. Qualities●      Reliability and precision●      Responsiveness and autonomy●      Sense of safety and a job well done●      Team spirit and good communication NB: To apply, please send your CV and cover letter to: contact@grbrh.comDeadline: November 24, 2025 at 4 :00 PM
