We currently manage USD 248 billion for clients around the world.Role contextYou will join the Belgium and Luxembourg Distribution Sales team and will therefore be in direct contact with our clients.You will also participate in all our management committees, video conferences, and events. You will work closely with portfolio management, client servicing, reporting, risk control, legal, and middle office teams, giving you a broad understanding of all areas of asset management.Your responsibilities will include:Monitoring the commercial activity of the Belgium and Luxembourg Distribution team of Lazard Fund Managers, which covers relationships with multi-managers, private banks, retail banking networks, insurance networks, and independent financial advisorsContributing to the overall commercial effort of the teamAssisting with tailored responses to client requestsHelping prepare client meetings and potentially attending themDrafting “key selling points” for highlighted fundsPreparing quarterly management updates on flagship funds for clientsCreating presentations for clients and prospects summarizing flagship fundsTracking the performance of flagship funds and defined peer groupsSending specific documents from our tools (performance attribution, holdings, allocations, specific performance commentary, and fund positioning)Working on funds from Lazard Asset Management, the other asset management entity of the Lazard GroupParticipating in Lazard-organized events and contributing to their smooth executionWhat you will bring:Currently enrolled in a university or business school program (Master’s level 1 or 2) with a specialization in Financial Markets/Asset ManagementPreferably, prior internship experience in financeGood command of English, French/DutchProficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) under WindowsCuriosity, autonomy, rigor, and strong interpersonal skillsWhat we offer:We value the health and well-being of our employees by offering competitive and tailored benefits.
