Benefits Coordinator # Enrollment-Human Resources # Description: Coordinates and present materials for New Employee Orientation/Open Enrollment activities Tracks and maintains employee benefit elections/enters benefit data into HRIS/TPA# Assists with Administration of the 403(b) Plan Assist with clerical duties Assists with orientation and Benefits fairs/enrollments Cross-train duties in Human Resources Create and run reports as needed from HRIS Assist employees with benefit claims issues and plan changes Other special projects/duties as needed # Education/Experience: Bachelor#s Degree# Demonstrated experience utilizing Excel, Word, and other MS Office products Professional seminars or college-level courses in business or human#resources/employee benefits preferred. 1-3 years of Customer Service experience preferred 1-3 years of experience in HR or benefits administration preferred Lawson/HRIS experience preferred Perks/Benefits: (for eligible employees): Have optimal opportunity for career growth within our growing organization Medical / Dental Retirement Plan PTO and paid life insurance## # What Sets Us Apart Archbold Medical Center is a four-hospital, four-nursing-home health system with 540 patient beds.
