What You'll Be DoingFinancial Management & ReportingPerform bank and balance sheet reconciliations. Manage accounts payable and receivable (AR & AP), ensuring timely transaction processing. Process batch payments and ensure transaction accuracy. Payroll & ComplianceProcess payroll for multiple clients, including EOFY finalisation and STP reporting. Prepare and lodge BAS/IAS, payroll tax returns, and WorkCover annual returns.
Ensure compliance with taxation and industry regulations. Client Engagement & AdvisoryProvide daily client support, accurate financial insights, and bookkeeping expertise. Transition client files to Xero and MYOB and deliver software training as needed. Resolve bookkeeping and software queries to ensure seamless operations. Is This You?You are a reliable and detail-oriented professional with a strong technical skillset. You take pride in delivering high-quality bookkeeping services and thrive in a fast-paced, client-facing environment. At least 3+ years of bookkeeping experience. Proficiency in Xero and MYOB (minimum requirement). Experience in payroll processing, batch payments, reconciliations, and AR/AP management.
Strong communication skills with the ability to liaise effectively with clients and internal teams. Excellent attention to detail and data accuracy.
