General DescriptionWe have an exciting opportunity for an HR Operations Manager to join BeOne Medicines Europe at a time where we are rapidly growing. The HR Operations Manager is key to the management of people processes and data across Europe.
In this role, you will support the HR team by participating in the design and management of the workflows supporting Talent Acquisition, Talent Management, Total Rewards, and HR Business Partner activities, as well as partnering with cross functional teams such as IT, Finance and Legal. You will also work with the HRIS team to provide expertise in the design of ongoing enhancements and process improvements related to the employee lifecycle in Workday. The HR Operations Manager will ensure that employee records are accurately and efficiently compiled, reviewed, analyzed, submitted and secured in Workday and related downstream systems.
This role is a critical asset in the flow of information and process necessary to recruit, hire, and onboard new employees as well as maintain employees through their life cycle at BeOne.
Essential Functions Of The JobServe as a first point of contact for employees, managers and HR Business Partners in multiple countries in Europe, with a focus on Switzerland and Poland, providing high quality HR advice and guidance with a focus on excellent customer service on a wide range of HR activities and processesManage core HR processes including on-boarding, off-boarding, absence management and benefit administrationResponsible for creating new starter offer documentation and for processing all HR associated onboarding activitiesProvide subject matter expertise in HR processes, policies and systemsSupport annual HR processes including compensation planning and talent managementParticipate in the design and testing when implementing new Workday modules and enhancementsCreate and maintain high quality SOPsTroubleshoot system issues to ensure smooth processesPerform data entry across a range of HR systemsManage employee files and related documentation in HR systemsEnsure compliance with appropriate data protection legislation at all timesLiaise with internal departments and third-party service providers as necessaryContribute to wider projects and initiatives within the HR Operations teamIdentify process improvements by identifying issues, process delays and quality problems and recommending solutionsEssential Skills And ExperienceMust have significant, relevant experience working in HR Operations in EMEA and a deep expertise in SwitzerlandBusiness fluency in English and German is required.
