My client is looking for an experienced Production Shift Manager to lead production operations within a high performing food manufacturing environment. You'll manage a shift team to meet KPIs across quality, safety, cost, and efficiency while ensuring compliance with all GMP and health & safety standards. This role also acts as support or cover for the Production Manager when required.
