About The RoleYour responsibilities:

Support and relief of the CEO in day-to-day businessAppointment coordination, calendar maintenance, follow-up of appointmentsLiaising with senior staff at regional, national and international higher education institutions, professional bodies, associate centers and other similar institutions with the CEO & COA has professional relationshipsCoordinating and mentoring online and personal meetingsOrganization of business trips and travel expense accountingProject coordination support as required by the CEOProactively managing communication with the CEOdirect reports by preparing briefing notes, etc.

Organizing corporate and senior management eventsTranslation of correspondence from Spanish to English and being able to type up correspondence as dictated or directed by the CEO and writing at time on his behalfYour profileKnowledge & SkillsCompleted university degree;Relevant multiannual professional experience as a personal assistant;Project management experience;Organized, with excellent time management skills;Self-motivated team player who is confident and flexible with the demonstrative ability to establish a strong rapport with senior management and key stakeholders, excellent communication and interpersonal skills;Very good knowledge of Spanish and English, both written and spoken;Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel and PowerPoint).
