/English below/Mô tả công việc: - Đảm bảo tuân thủ đầy đủ các quy định và tiêu chuẩn hoạt động của Bến Du Thuyền.- Duy trì Bến Du Thuyền và cơ sở vật chất trong tình trạng tốt.- Phối hợp chặt chẽ với Cảng vụ để thực hiện các hoạt động du thuyền.- Hợp tác với các Bến Du Thuyền/Bến Đỗ khác để đảm bảo việc tiếp cận tàu thuyền an toàn.- Quản lý hồ sơ thiết bị và theo dõi báo cáo bảo trì.- Kiểm tra và ghi nhận số liệu thống kê của từng trụ điện (pedestal) cho mỗi tàu.- Thực hiện kiểm tra và chuẩn bị thủ tục tàu ra/vào tại Bến Du Thuyền.- Kiểm tra và báo cáo tình hình vệ sinh, an toàn và bảo vệ tại khu vực Bến Du Thuyền.- Giám sát việc tuân thủ nội quy của thuyền viên và nhân viên làm việc tại Bến Du Thuyền.- Thực hiện các công việc liên quan khác (sẽ trao đổi cụ thể trong buổi phỏng vấn).Yêu cầu công việc:- Tốt nghiệp Đại học hoặc Cao đẳng.- Ít nhất 1 năm kinh nghiệm làm việc liên quan.- Chủ động, có kỹ năng giao tiếp và thuyết trình tốt (đặc biệt khi làm việc với khách hàng, các bên liên quan...).- Có khả năng thực thi hiệu quả các quy định của Bến Du Thuyền.- Có khả năng xử lý nhiều công việc cùng lúc.- Nhiệt tình, làm việc thực tế và có tính tổ chức cao.- Có khả năng giao tiếp căn bản bằng tiếng Anh.- Có kiến thức về các quy định đường thủy nội địa là một lợi thế.Lưu ý: Chỉ những ứng viên phù hợp mới được liên hệ phỏng vấn.Responsibilities:- Ensure compliance with all Marina regulations and operational standards.- Maintain the Yacht Marina and its facilities in good overall condition.- Coordinate closely with Port Authorities for cruising operations.- Collaborate with other Marinas and Berth operators to ensure safe boat access.- Maintain equipment records and follow up on maintenance reports.- Monitor and record pedestal statistics for each vessel.- Handle and document yacht IN/OUT movements within the Marina.- Inspect and report on hygiene, safety, and protection measures at the Marina.- Supervise compliance with Marina rules by crew members and staff.- Perform other related duties as assigned or discussed during the interview.Requirements:- University or college graduate.- Minimum of 1 year of relevant work experience.- Proactive, with excellent communication and presentation skills (especially in dealing with customers and users).- Able to effectively enforce Marina regulations.- Capable of handling multiple tasks efficiently.- Hands-on, well-organized, and detail-oriented.- Good command of English (both spoken and written).- Knowledge of inland waterways regulations is a significant advantage.Note: Only shortlisted candidates will be contacted.
