E-commerceUpload and manage product listings (images, specs, pricing) via Baselinker to platforms such as eMAG and our PrestaShop storeUpdate product descriptions and ensure all info is relevant and SEO-friendlyMonitor and respond to customer reviews, emails, chats, and platform messages in RomanianCoordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth order processing and resolve customer issuesSocial MediaPlan, create, and publish content on Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and LinkedIn according to the monthly calendarWrite and schedule posts, engage with the community, and monitor performanceRun and optimize social ad campaigns (Meta Ads, TikTok Ads)Work independently (or together with the marketing team) to produce visual assets in CanvaKeep an eye on competitors and social trends to propose new content ideasCollaborate with the marketing team in Poland to ensure alignmentWhat We're Looking ForMinimum 1–2 years experience in a similar role (e-commerce or social media)Strong writing skills in Romanian and English (B2 or higher)Familiarity with eMAG, PrestaShop, and tools like Meta Business SuiteExperience with Canva or other basic graphic toolsSolid Excel and Office knowledgeBonus points for:
