Job DescriptionWe are looking for an Office Administrator for our HQ in Copenhagen! This role is essential in ensuring smooth daily operations, supporting staff, and creating a welcoming environment in the office. You’ll be the first point of contact for visitors and inquiries, handle administrative tasks, and support internal coordination, meetings and travel arrangements. Your Key ResponsibilitiesReception DutiesYou will be the first point of contact for the office, greeting visitors and handling incoming calls and inquiries.
Administrative Support & CoordinationAssist with daily administrative tasks including document handling, supporting various teams, hereby also organizing and scheduling meetings, ranging from small team meetings, to larger sessions. Travel & Group Office Support Assist with travel arrangements for both colleagues and partners, as well as providing support for the Group Office Team. Invoice Posting Accurately process, and posting invoices in collaboration with other Office Administrators, and with the finance team in Nis. Ad Hoc Tasks & Office SupportCarry out various ad hoc assignments throughout the day, and also provide assistance to the Office Supporter during busy periods.
Office Presentation & Facility Ensuring that the office is always clean, organized. This also includes the outside area, and facility. The main working hours will be between 8: 00 and 17: 00 Monday to Friday. This role requires full-time onsite presence. There can be evening work a few times a year in connection with events. A duty roster will be drawn up which must be followed.
