Our partner is looking for a new IT support colleague to join their Budapest office to provide daily on-site support for a team of approximately 35 people. In the long term, there is an opportunity to grow into a Level 2 support role. The position may also involve planned IT support during sports events. TasksThe IT Service Specialist ensures the smooth functioning of the day-to-day IT operations and technological infrastructure across the organisation. Ensure that the general IT infrastructure and services of the organisation are running smoothly. Contribute to the knowledge base for known IT issues to facilitate proactive problem solving. Interact with Colleagues and Partners to offer first through third level support. Support the development of IT Tools to facilitate the work of our Colleagues. Take part and maintain the ITA’s IT operations during Major Sports Events remotely. RequirementsKnowledge of Microsoft Windows Operating Systems (especially Windows 10).
Knowledge of Azure (User Management, Device Management, PC and mobile device enrolment, AzureAD, EntraID, InTune, etc. ). Knowledge of M365 and Office 365 environments (Teams, Exchange, SharePoint, OneDrive, etc. ). Basic knowledge of Network (Switches, IP Addresses, Routers, APs, etc. ). Very good English written and oral communication skills. Ability to work with tight deadlines in an environment, where data and operations are critical, confidential and high-risk. Collaborative, team player attitude with a general openness to colleagues and the IT challenges they face. Positive, ‘can do’ approach. Hard-working personality. Being a fast learner. Knowledge of latest IT developments.
PreferencesExperience with Mobile Device Management (Android & iOS / iPadOS). Experience with Windows 11. Basic IT Security knowledge. Virtual Machine (RDP) knowledge. Python language knowledge. PowerShell knowledge. PowerBI knowledge. Familiarity with any ticketing system (FreshDesk, ServiceNow, etc. ). Basic knowledge of AI Tools (CoPilot, Midjourney, etc. ). Speaking multiple languages other than Hungarian and English.
