Then read the job description below and apply now.What do we look for?BA/BSc degree from relevant departments (Business Administration or Hospitality Management degree would be an asset)7 years of fine dining bar management experience and deep knowledge of the operation standards & and expectations of customersStrong knowledge of bar operations, beverage products, inventory control, and cost managementFamiliarity with Micros (or similar POS systems) and proficiency in MS Office applicationsGood time-management skills with the ability to handle various open positions simultaneouslySelf-driven, resilient, energetic, and inclusive; creating or responding constructively to challenging new ideas and inputsTeam player with excellent problem-solving and communication skillsProficiency in spoken and written EnglishExcellent observation skills to identify bottlenecks and pain pointsProactivity and willingness to deal with fast-paced and uncertain environmentsWhat will you work on?
