About Digital City BahrainDigital City Bahrain is an ambitious, future-ready smart district located in Hamala. Anchored by a next-generation business and innovation hub, the district is being developed to support Bahrain’s digital transformation and Vision 2030 goals. As we build out this visionary project, we are looking for a proactive and highly organized Marketing Manager to support the CEO in delivering a best-in-class brand and communications presence across all touchpoints.
Role Overview Reporting directly to the CEO of Digital City Bahrain, the Marketing Manager will serve as the key link between internal teams and external agencies (PR, digital, social, creative). This is a hands-on, fast-paced role that involves everything from managing social media content calendars to overseeing agency deliverables, preparing presentations, and tracking marketing budgets. This role is ideal for someone who is passionate about smart urban development, skilled at multi-tasking, and eager to play a central role in shaping the image and communication of one of Bahrain’s most high-profile development projects.
Key ResponsibilitiesTaking ownership and accountability to execute the marketing strategy, including updating the strategy in coordination with relevant stakeholdersManage and coordinate all external agencies (PR, creative, social media, and digital) to ensure aligned delivery across channelsOversee Digital City Bahrain’s official social media channels:
content calendars, performance, and creative approvalsPrepare high-impact presentations and reports for internal and external stakeholders, including executive decksTrack, maintain, and report on marketing budgets and ensure expenditures are aligned with plansFollow up on action items and timelines with agency partners, freelancers, and internal teamsSupport planning and execution of PR campaigns, press releases, interviews, and media coverageMonitor industry trends, competitor activity, and key development benchmarks to inform strategic positioningCoordinate meeting schedules, take notes on follow-ups, and support the CEO on marketing-related activitiesRequirements5+ years of experience in marketing, communications, or project coordinationExperience working with or managing external agencies (creative, PR, social, digital)Excellent organizational, communication, and time management skillsStrong presentation skills (PowerPoint or Google Slides)Familiarity with social media platforms, scheduling tools, and performance analyticsBudget tracking and reporting experienceProficiency in English (Arabic is a plus)Experience in urban real estate development is essentialQualificationsBachelor’s degree in marketing, Communications, Business, or related fieldFamiliarity with Bahrain’s real estate, infrastructure, or smart city sectorsExperience supporting C-level executives or high-growth development projects
