About the RoleWe are looking for a Strategy Associate to work closely with the Chief Strategy Officer (CSO) on high-impact transformation and integration initiatives. This role is pivotal in designing governance frameworks, aligning teams, and supporting post-acquisition integration to enable our “One Company” vision.
ResponsibilitiesSupport post-merger integration across teams, systems, and processesDesign and implement governance frameworks and operating modelsManage cross-functional, strategic projects and initiativesPrepare executive-level presentations and updatesFacilitate alignment across business units and strategic prioritiesContribute to culture-building and organizational cohesion QualificationsBachelor’s degree in Business, Strategy, Engineering, or a related field (MBA preferred) Required SkillsMinimum 3 years of experience in strategy, consulting, or corporate transformation rolesProven exposure to M&A integration or cross-functional project deliveryStrong strategic thinking and execution capabilitiesExcellent communication and stakeholder management skillsFamiliarity with digital and emerging tech trends such as cloud and AI If you are passionate about strategic transformation and want to be part of building a digital-first organization, we would love to hear from you.
