The company prioritizes digitalization to optimize process parameters, increase automation, and enhance production efficiency.Role DescriptionThis is a full-time remote role for a Field Service at Japan Branch of BHS Corrugated Singapore Pte. Ltd. The professional will be responsible for providing field service, troubleshooting technical issues, and offering technical support. This role will involve direct communication with customers to ensure satisfaction and efficient resolution of concerns. The candidate will regularly perform maintenance tasks and service solutions related to corrugated industry equipment.Responsibility1.Responsible for the commissioning, verification of our equipment,including emergency breakdown support.2. Lead on site PLC software issues analysis and continuousimprovement activities.3. Help to troubleshoot our installation and provide technical support tocustomers via phone calls, emails etc.4. Responsible for the maintenance of equipment within and outside thequality guarantee period.5. Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers,understanding their needs and providing specialist support andsolutions.6. Cooperate with technical team and share information, provide input onnew designs and enhancements to existing products.7. Provide a communication link between the customer and the ourGerman/Shanghai Office to ensure effective service to customers, andhandle customer’s complaint.8. Regularly inspect installed BHS machinery during the period define byBHS.9. Train customer regarding operation, maintenance and spare partsknowledge.10. Work as a liaison between Japanese local partners and BHStechnicians in Japanese/English language.11. Other duties as assigned by the head of RMO and connectingQualifications1. Electrical technician qualification2. At least 5 years working experiences with multi-nationalcompany at a similar position and with at least 2 years of technicalworking experience/ related field.3. Experience managing service contracts and managing logistics withcustomers.4. Familiar with related Hardware and software, Lenze drive and SiemensPLC with S5, S7 and TIA control is critical5. Knowledgeable and experience in customer service.6. Sound knowledge of mechanics, and hands-on experience in servicing,maintaining, commissioning and repairing of industrial machinery ontransportation or Robot applications.7. Relevant work experience in Corrugated, Paper, Print or Packagingrelated industry.8. Dynamic, proactive, and Customer oriented.9. Ability to effectively communicate with all levels of the organization10. Good business English (MUST)11. Ability to work independently and must be proficient in using Microsoft(outlook, word, excel, etc.)
