This role sits within our Finance team and blends engineering rigour with strategic thinking to build and maintain robust data systems that fuel analytics and business intelligence. As part of the broader Technology function, you'll work closely with stakeholders across the business to ensure our data infrastructure delivers impact at every level. You'll be the internal champion of data, enabling everyone at CTI to 'Own it' by providing trusted, structured, and insightful reports.What you’ll be doingAs our BI Analyst, you’ll take ownership of our cloud-based data infrastructure and reporting ecosystem. You will play a critical role in transforming fragmented data into trusted, structured systems that power decision-making across the business. This role is about much more than just numbers- it’s about providing the clear intelligence that allows CTI to 'Break new ground' strategically.You'll be responsible for:Reporting & Visualisation Mastery: Develop and manage visualisations in Tableau Cloud, transforming complex data into intuitive, actionable dashboards and reports.Data Architecture & Optimisation: Maintain, extend, and optimise our central data warehouse and associated ELT (Extract, Load, Transform) pipelines.Strategic Collaboration: Work closely with internal stakeholders to understand reporting needs and deliver scalable, fit-for-purpose Business Intelligence solutions.Data Modelling: Build reliable data models, combining datasets from multiple platforms into a fully related and normalised structure suitable for performance tracking and reporting.Quality Assurance & Governance: Implement and manage rigorous data quality assurance processes, ensuring accuracy, integrity, and completeness , and ensuring the security and proper access of company data.Continuous Improvement: Continuously review data structures and reporting outputs, identifying improvements that drive insight, efficiency, and operational performance.Documentation & Planning: Maintain clear documentation for all systems, processes, and data flows , and partner with a programme coordinator to maintain a roadmap of system improvements.What experience you need to be successfulTo thrive as a BI Analyst at CTI, you'll need a mix of technical expertise and a natural curiosity for data.
