BI Analyst

We’ll be honest - this is a brand-new role for us, and it’s an exciting chance to shape how BI supports Finance at LEMAN.We’re looking for someone who’s ready to build, explore, and develop with us. You’ll join Group Controlling as our new Business Intelligence Analyst, helping us strengthen our reporting, sharpen our analysis, and make data a more natural part of how we work and decide.You’ll work closely with colleagues in Finance, IT, and our Business Process Owners (BPOs). Together, you’ll transform business needs into smart BI solutions that create value across LEMAN.What Success Looks Like (in Your First Year) Our BI offering is current, relevant, and easy to use — with trusted dashboards for Sales Performance, GP allocation, and Customer Performance Reports reconcile across systems, and outdated reports have been retired The BI backlog is smaller, and business users feel supported and confident using our reports What You’ll Do Build and maintain reports and dashboards that make it easy to understand business performance Identify and develop new management information that drives better decisions Translate business questions into data models and reports people actually use Prioritize BI tasks and keep the backlog focused on what matters most Support Group Controlling with accurate data and insights for financial decisions Promote smarter use of BI across teams and help colleagues get real value from our tools What We’re Looking For Solid experience with Power BI Strong analytical mindset - you see beyond the numbers and understand their impact Experience with data modeling, reporting, and KPIs Clear communication and the ability to build trust with both technical and non-technical colleagues A collaborative, proactive approach - you enjoy solving problems together Nice to have Experience in Controlling or Financial Analysis Understanding of logistics or supply chain data Interest in process improvement and automation Who You AreCurious.
