Overview The Manager – Digital Transformation & Business Intelligence will lead enterprise-level initiatives focused on data analytics, business intelligence, and digital modernization. This role ensures strategic alignment between technology, operations, and business goals through strong project governance, data-driven insights, and delivery excellence. The incumbent will oversee BI solution architecture, and client-facing transformation programs, ensuring measurable outcomes and sustainable value creation. Key Responsibilities1. Digital Transformation & Strategy • Develop and execute digital transformation roadmaps in alignment with business goals. • Recommend and implement solutions for process automation, data integration, and modernization. • Drive adoption of digital tools, platforms, and data-centric decision-making. • Define transformation KPIs and track performance outcomes. 2. Business Intelligence & Data Analytics •        end-to-end design and delivery of Business Intelligence and data analytics solutions.•        Define data models, ETL pipelines, and visualization frameworks aligned with client requirements.•        Develop and enforce data governance, quality, and security standards across BI projects.•        Evaluate and recommend BI tools and technologies (e.g., Power BI, Tableau, Qlik, SAP BI).•        Ensure BI architectures support scalability, performance, and maintainability.•        Collaborate with business teams to understand KPIs, reporting requirements, and strategic goals.•        Translate business questions into data insights and visual narratives.•        Perform data profiling, validation, and impact analysis to ensure reliability of BI outputs.•        Drive adoption of self-service analytics and data literacy across user groups.3. Project Delivery & PMO Governance • Manage dependencies, risks, and milestones across internal and client-facing projects. • Maintain BI dashboards and provide transparent progress updates to leadership. • Ensure compliance with delivery frameworks and best practices. 4. Pre-Sales & Client Engagement • Partner with sales/BD teams to contribute to RFPs, proposals, and solution design. • Conduct client workshops and demos, translating requirements into actionable solutions. • Identify opportunities for upselling and value-added services within client engagements.Qualifications & Experience•        Bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science, Data Analytics, Information Systems, or related field.•        6–10 years of professional experience in BI solution design, data analytics, or data warehousing.•        Strong experience with at least one major BI platform (Power BI, Tableau, Qlik, SAP BI).•        Proficiency in SQL, DAX, ETL processes, and data modelling concepts •        Familiarity with cloud BI and data services (Azure, AWS, or GCP).•        Exposure to Agile/Scrum delivery and project management tools (JIRA, Asana, MS Project).•        Experience in pre-sales, proposal development, or client interfacing is an advantage.Skills & Competencies • Strong leadership and cross-functional collaboration. • Excellent communication and client engagement abilities. • Analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into strategic insights. • Knowledge of cloud, automation, and emerging digital technologies. • Ability to manage multiple initiatives with a focus on quality and outcomes.
