What will be your responsibilities?Ensure purchase requirements of local entities & the ESB sales orders are processed Monitor and handle resolution of discrepancies through a centralized Control Tower approach.
Follow-up of Import License with local entity Identify urgent backorder lines and coordinate with Procurement to accelerate delivery schedules. Lead weekly cross-functional coordination calls with Parts Sales Support Officers (PSSOs), Local Expediting Officers, and the Logistics Coordinator.
Update the PSSO or the Local Expediting Officer on the back-order lines and shipment status Partner with logistics to prioritize and expedite warehouse shipments of critical items Monitoring and resolution of local entity parked invoices and monitoring of Local IDOCSStrictly follow the escalation matrix and ensure actions are taken on timeTrain junior coordinators and support knowledge sharing across teamsContribute to SC continuous improvement Who are we looking for?Education & ExpereinceDiploma in Supply Chain, Procurement, Finance, Management, Sales (or similar by experience)Experience in Supply Chain (3-4 years)Fluent in French and EnglishMS Office and SAP (or any other ERP)Any customer or supplier facing experience is a plusFlexi TimeWeekly rotational basis:
